Existing federal clean energy policy is not enough to meet our climate and clean energy goals. We need to evaluate new policy proposals and model the impact of those policies on the economy, climate, and communities. The 2035 Initiative – with its blend of applied research, policy expertise, and deep networks – is creating empirically-grounded roadmaps for the next federal window of opportunity.
